Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by LevelUp Whittier Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
LevelUp Whittier Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to:
- Concrete driveways, patios, and walkways
- Stamped and decorative concrete
- Concrete slabs and flatwork
- Concrete foundations and footings
- Concrete repair and restoration
- Retaining walls and concrete masonry
All services are subject to availability and will be provided in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen site conditions are discovered.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that all necessary utilities are marked before work begins. You are responsible for removing any obstacles, furniture, or decorations from the work area.
If we encounter unexpected site conditions such as underground utilities, poor soil conditions, or hidden structures, we will notify you immediately and discuss options for proceeding.
Changes to Project Scope
Any changes to the agreed-upon project scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will provide a written change order for your approval before proceeding with any modifications.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Our typical warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper maintenance
- Acts of nature such as earthquakes or flooding
- Modifications or repairs performed by others
- Misuse or abuse of the concrete surface
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance coverage and will provide proof of insurance upon request.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and materials already ordered. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
